Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Fond du Lac County is proud to announce a new board member, Kim Becker of Integrity Saw & Tool, Inc.

Kim joins the BBBS Board with over 30 years of Human Resource experience in financial services and manufacturing. In her current role as Human Resources Manager at Integrity Saw & Tool, Inc. Kim is responsible for the Human Resources function including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, safety and benefits administration. She also manages the accounting function for the company.

Prior to joining Integrity, Kim was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hometown Bank and was a Wisconsin State Licensed Employee Benefits and HR Consultant with Jackson Kahl Insurance. She previously served on the Fond du Lac HR Association Board of Directors and has been certified in HR since 1995.

Kim and her husband Joe live in Oakfield. They have four children and three granddaughters with two more grandchildren on the way. Kim enjoys hiking and cooking and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is a United Way Agency that assists children with social, emotional and character development through one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adults. The agency matches children with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Big Couples or Big Families in a community or school based program. Children aged 6 through 13 can enroll in the program through a parent or guardian referral. Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license for the community-based program, 16 years old for the school-based program.
