What is the Halloweenie 0.5K?

The Halloweenie 0.5K is a nighttime street party you won’t forget. Every October, participants gather in Downtown Fond du Lac in their best costume for a leisurely stroll down Main Street. This event is all treats and no tricks—there are plenty of places to eat, drink, dance, and snap a selfie along the two-block course. After sampling food and drinks from some of our favorite local vendors, participants have a chance to win cash prizes in a costume contest at the end of the night!

All proceeds stay right in our community to support local youth with powerful mentoring relationships. Funds raised at the Halloweenie 0.5K help us enroll children into our program, connect matches with activities, train new volunteers, provide monthly match support check-ins, move children off the waiting list, and support mentorship throughout the year.

Participants can purchase an individual ticket for $40, or a VIP ticket for $75. VIP ticketholders become Halloweenie royalty at the VIP lounge with complimentary snacks and a free swag bag.
