Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County brought the community together to celebrate an impactful year of mentoring at The BIG Event.

  • Inspiring stories were shared by BBBS parent Alejandra Lopez and Big of the Year Christine Peck
  • Bidders took home over 100 silent auction baskets from local businesses
  • Auctioneer extraordinaire Rod Drendel and special guest Marian University President Aaron Sadoff hosted a live auction featuring 5 unique packages
  • Jodi Dietzel and Melissa Hayes from SSM Health were crowned as the mixologist champions
  • LeRoy Butler was announced as the special guest for next year’s 60th anniversary celebration

Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2026 Highlights

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County brought the community together for Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2026 – Bowling Through the Decades, a record-breaking weekend filled with fun, connection, and generosity. Between March 6th and 7th, bowlers, sponsors, Bigs, Littles, and supporters showed up in their best throwback ensembles to support local youth through mentoring.​

  • 255 bowlers took to the lanes at Parkway Lanes
  • Decades-themed entertainment included costumes, prizes, and music
  • Bigs and Littles enjoyed bowling, games, and time together
  • More than $123,000 raised to support life-changing mentoring relationships
  • Grande Cheese Company led fundraising with a total gift of $43,000

Thanks to our incredible community, Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2026 was an unforgettable era—helping ensure more young people are matched with caring mentors who can help them thrive.
