Alicia Hans, LCSW is a licensed mental health clinician who has served on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County Board of Directors since 2020. Over the last four years, she’s dedicated much of her time to inspiring the youth we serve, both as a board member and a Big Sister.
When she was growing up, Hans wanted to be a teacher and a mom. Now, Hans has her own practice as a pediatric mental health clinician. Her experience with youth in local schools adds an important perspective to our Impacting Lives committee, which focuses on fostering meaningful, lasting relationships for the growing number of children we serve.
“My desire to provide, serve, inspire, educate, and empower others is achieved in my career as a pediatric mental health clinician and a variety of volunteer engagements in the community.”
Not only is Hans a passionate board member, but she’s also a Big Sister in our program! Hans and her Little Sister Ana were matched at the end of 2023. They’ve enjoyed getting to know each other through volunteering and attending BBBS events like Bowl for Kids’ Sake. Hans bowled with her Little, and even raised $800 for her team with Essential Nail Garden & Lash Lounge, which she personally matched for a total donation of $1,600!
In her free time, you can find Hans doing puzzles, reading, enjoying a nice cup of coffee, or exploring new activities with her Little.
