Mary Kosmer has been a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County Board of Directors since 2017. As an Assurance Director at CLA, Kosmer brings valuable insight to the team.

Since joining the board nearly seven years ago, Kosmer has been a consistent voice on the resource development and budget committees. These committees play an important role in sustaining the agency and making sure BBBS is on track to support more children year after year.

Growing up, Kosmer loved riding bikes and wanted to be a teacher. Now, she makes a difference in local schools by making sure BBBS has the resources to expand the school-based mentoring program to more districts in the Fond du Lac County area.

“I enjoy being part of an organization that positively impacts the youth of the community.”

Outside of work and volunteering, you can find Kosmer golfing with her family and spending time with her granddaughter.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is a United Way Agency that assists children with social, emotional, and character development through one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adults. The agency matches children with a Big Brother, Sister, Couple, or Family in a community or school-based program. Children ages 6-13 can enroll in the program through parent or guardian referral.
