Samantha Baker has been a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County Board of Directors since 2022. In her two years on the board, Baker has played an important role in the sustainability and growth of the agency.
Baker is the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Alliance Laundry Systems. Her expertise in human resources is a valuable asset to the BBBS people and organizational development pillar. Baker’s perspective on this pillar helps ensure sustainability of agency staff and board members through engagement and inclusiveness.
“Serving on the board has provided an opportunity to work alongside passionate and dedicated individuals who share a common goal. The collaborative spirit and teamwork within BBBS are inspiring, and I love being part of such a dynamic and committed group.”
Growing up, Baker enjoyed playing with Barbies and had many interests such as marine biology, interior design, and cosmetology. Now, she’s a certified yoga instructor and is dedicated to continuing her education in the health and wellness space.
Outside of work and volunteering, Baker enjoys hiking and visiting national parks with her family.
