Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is excited to welcome Jared Tigert to the Board of Directors!

Tigert is the Store Director at Festival Foods and he joined the BBBS board in October 2025.

“Giving back to the community is one of our core values at Festival Foods and helping give back to the future of who will help build community in Fond du Lac is important to me.”

Not only did Tigert recently join the board, but he also enrolled as a Big Brother in the school-based mentoring program at BBBS. For the last few months, he’s visited Little Brother Coda at his elementary school over lunch to chat, play games, and build a friendship.

Outside of work and volunteering, Tigert enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, and attending Wisconsin sporting events.

BBBS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Fond du Lac County and northern Dodge County. Youth ages 6 and up can enroll in the program through parent or guardian referral. Volunteers ages 16 and up who pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance can be mentors. Visit bbbsfdl.org or call (920) 922-8200 to learn more.
