Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County has welcomed some new additions to the Board of Directors in 2024, including Bristol Morgan Bank President & CEO, Ryan Kamphuis!

Kamphuis has already made an impact since joining the board at the end of 2023, helping with holiday assistance for Adopt-a-Family and volunteering with his son at the inaugural Bags & Littles Tournament during Fond du Lac Festival’s Bags Fest Weekend.

“Community involvement is central to me personally and professionally. The opportunity to be part of the future of Fond du Lac and the surrounding areas played a key role in my decision.”

With golf as his favorite childhood pastime, Kamphuis believes he was destined to be a banker from the start. Now, he can help local youth discover their passions by connecting them with mentors in the community.

“The most eye-opening thing for me was the demand for Bigs. We have a waitlist of Littles that are waiting for their ‘Impact Person.’”

When he’s not driving around to watch his children’s various events, you can find him playing golf, boating, fishing, and reading. Otherwise, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and is looking forward to traveling with them to Ireland and Iceland this summer.
