Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is excited to welcome Teri Passow to the Board of Directors!
Passow is the Director of Career & Professional Development at Marian University and she joined the BBBS board in January 2026.
“I love the ability to connect with others who share a passion for engaging in our community and providing opportunities for Littles in so many different ways.”
As a child, Passow wanted to be a veterinarian and enjoyed card games. Now, she’s helping young people navigate their futures beyond the classroom. Passow’s professional experience makes her a valuable team member when it comes to empowering Littles to learn, lead, and grow.
“I’m most excited about strengthening connections in new ways – for Bigs and Littles, as well as across the FDL community. In my professional role, and now with BBBS, I’m passionate about helping people feel supported as they grow, and I look forward to continuing that work in new and meaningful ways this year.”
Outside of work and volunteering, Passow enjoys spending time with her children and finding new places to explore, activities to experience, and tasty treats to try along the way.
