Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is proud to announce a new board member, Karri Klemm from National Exchange Bank & Trust.
Karri is a creative marketing professional who brings to Big Brothers Big Sisters a wide range of talent and experience. She currently works as a Marketing Coordinator for National Exchange Bank & Trust, where she has been since 2012. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a major in Business Administration, Karri has been able to leverage her knowledge of event coordination, promotion, presentation and website management as well as copy writing through a variety of positions she has held since graduation.
Karri actively gives back and is involved with the Fond du Lac Community. She is the current chair of the Fond du Lac County Money Smart Week, a current member of the Boys & Girls Club Reach for the Stars committee, an active participant in NEBAT’s Relay for Life team and a member of the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac, serving as NEBAT’s champion. In addition, she is a member of the Fond du Lac Marketing Professionals group and has recently served on both the Leadership Fond du Lac Alumni Board and the Downtown FDL Exploratory Committee for the City of Fond du Lac.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is a United Way Agency that assists children with social, emotional and character development through one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adults. The agency matches children with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Big Couples or Big Families in a community or school based program. Children aged 6 through 13 can enroll in the program through a parent or guardian referral. Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license for the community-based program, 16 years old for the school-based program.
