Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is excited to welcome North Fond du Lac School District’s Adam Broten to the Board of Directors.

Broten has worked in education for over 19 years. In that time, he has served as a teacher, principal, and director. He currently works in the School District of North Fond du Lac as the Director of Teaching and Learning. He also does consulting for schools and districts across the country in the areas of assessment, data analysis, instructional practices, and equity.

In September, Broten stepped up to help BBBS recruit 30 Guys in 30 Days to meet the overwhelming need for male mentors in our community. He’s been a valued voice in helping BBBS expand one-to-one youth mentorship in North Fond du Lac.

Broten lives in Fond du Lac with his wife, Kim, and their three children, Lukas (16), Macy (14), and Levi (12). Adam also enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing sports, and watching sports.
