Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is excited to welcome Bank First’s Steve Diehl to the Board of Directors!
Diehl is a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Bank First and he joined the BBBS board in October 2025.
“There are a few things I have learned since joining BBBS: The first is how small of a time commitment it is to be a Big and become a positive influence on a young adult to help them achieve their potential. Second is how easy it is to be involved in the program, from school-based mentoring, to community-based mentoring, and now site-based mentoring.”
Not only did Diehl recently join the board, but he’s also been a dedicated Big Brother at BBBS for nearly two years. Growing up, he enjoyed sports and wanted to be a professional football player. Now, he gets to share those hobbies with his Little.
“What I love most about this organization is witnessing the positive impact that Bigs have on Littles, and vice versa. As a Big, my favorite part is taking my Little to new places and watching him experience the events or locations to expand his horizons.”
Outside of work and volunteering, you can find Diehl keeping up with anything sports-related whether it’s watching teams like the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Milwaukee Bucks or playing sports like golf and basketball.
